How to Fix Office Connector for Sage 300 CRE License Expiring Error
Overview
A very common error message that Office Connector users might experience is one that states their licenses have expired or are about to expire. Complete the steps below to keep your Office Connector running smoothly and avoid any workflow disruptions by easily fixing this error.
Solution
1. Open Excel.
2. Click the Add-ins tab.
3. Click the Office Connector button.
4. Select Help > Licensing.
5. Click Next twice.
6. The next screen will show one of two things. Either a date to what your license was updated to or a message saying the license information is already up-to-date.
7. Close the window.
8. Click Show Control Panel > License.
9. Click Update License.
10. Click Next twice.
11. The next screen will show one of two things. Either a date to what your license was updated to or a message saying the license information is already up-to-date.
12. Close the window.
13. Close the control panel.
