Missing Logo on Sage 300 CRE Forms
In case your would like to add a logo to your forms in Sage 300 CRE (applicable for forms designed in Crystal Reports) or if the existing logo is missing, follow these steps:
1. Locate logo file (bpm of JPG file with your logo) on your network. This file has to be located in the location that is shared with all users. If logo file gets moved on your network, the link in Sage 300 CRE will break and you will have to follow steps 2 through 4.
2. Open Sage Desktop>Common>Tools>Options>Letterhead tab.
3. Under the Letterhead tab, select the option on the bottom (Refer to the image below).
4. Click on the browse button on the right and navigate to your logo file > click OK to save changes and exit.
