Sage 300 CRE to Sage Intacct Construction Data Conversion

How To Use Bangert's Sage 300 CRE Master File Tool for Import into Sage Intacct

To use this file, you'll need to have Office 32bit installed and you'll need at least Read access to Sage 300 CRE ODBC for MASTER AP, AR, GL, JC and PR and STANDARD AR.

Download the Excel file called "Client Sage 300CRE Master Files for Intacct Import"

Save this file to your computer and prior to opening it, right click on the file, select Properties and if there is a box near the lower right that says “Unblock” check that box and click ok.  You only have to do this once.



Open the file and if there is a yellow banner close to the top that has an “Enable Content” button, click on Enable Content to proceed.




On the Admin worksheet:
1. Enter or browse to your Sage 300 CRE datafolder location.  Easiest way is to:                    
          Open Sage 300 CRE desktop, log in and select your datafolder
          Click "Help" from the Menu
          Click "About Desktop"
          Select the full path of the datafolder with your mouse starting with \\
                **example shows C:\ but yours will start with \\ instead
          Copy the path with Ctrl + c
          Paste the path into the Admin worksheet Folder Path field with Ctrl + v





2. If you don't use multiple PR Master files skip to Step 3, else click the "Log in and Refresh PR Master File List" Button and enter your Sage 300 Login in User ID and Password.
          If the field for the PR Master File turns red, click on the field and select the Master file for importing Employees into Intacct.
3. Click "Log in and Refresh"
          Enter your Sage 300 CRE User ID and Password 
          **Make sure you've typed it correctly or you may need to close the file and start over.
          Click "Log In"
4. After the file has refreshed, Save your file and upload to the link below:
         **Please add your company name to the file name when you save
         **Note:  You can save the file as either .xls, .xlsx or .xlsm
